Rules & Regulations

The RRCWA(Inc) has a Constitution which governs all its activities. The Club also has Domestic Rules, which detail matters which are not specifically mentioned in the Constitution and a Code of Ethics. Click on the images below to view these documents.



 

CONSTITUTION
The Constitution sets out the formal rules by which the Club operates. As an affiliate of the Canine Association of Western Australia (Inc), the RRCWA (Inc) is requires to adopt the "Standard Constitution for Affiliated Clubs". The adoption of this Constitution will be ratified at the Club's next Annual General Meeting.



 

DOMESTIC RULES
The Domestic Rules set out other rules which are not already covered in the Constitution, for example, this is where the rules of the various Club competitions are listed.



 

CODE OF ETHICS
The Code of Ethics provides an ethical framework for the behaviour of Members, most specifically those who are actively involved in breeding dogs, and provides information about what to expect from breeders for members of the general public.
